Rules
We are a digital platform and a digital media house. Our learnings in business and marketing communications have driven us to find a balance between content creators, customers and companies.
We understand and support you! Your stories find their place on our pages. Our journalists and marketing specialists have praised you for your achievements, acknowledged your successes, and also reprimanded you for your neglect or oversight.
Here are five rules every Business Observer24 publisher must follow.
1. Stories must communicate something to share with others.
Business Observer24 can be used to publish all sorts of things: products, services, events and announcements, ideas and experiences. But every story needs to talk about a solution that is useful for the world economy, environment or society a.k.a it has value for the consumer. At some point, the publisher should be able to say: “It is ready for its first appearance on the market. This is what we created for you. Have fun!”
2. Stories must be honest and clearly presented.
Our community is built on trust and communication. Stories can’t mislead people or misrepresent facts, and publishers should be candid about what they have accomplished. When a story involves something complex, like a product, we require publishers to show readers a prototype or a finished product, and we prohibit the use of misleading imagery.
- Prototype demonstration should reflect a product’s current state and should not include any CGI or special effects to demonstrate functionality that does not yet exist. If a project requires software and hardware integration, publishers are required to show that functionality and any dependency clearly, or disclose that it has not yet been developed.
- Misleading imagery includes photorealistic renderings and heavily edited or manipulated images or videos that could give users a false impression of a product’s current stage of development.
3. Stories can be published for charity under certain circumstances.
While nonprofits are welcome to publish on Business Observer24 , projects can’t promise to raise funds to donate to a charity or cause.
4. Stories can offer equity.
Investment announcements are permitted on Business Observer24 under certain circumstances. Projects can offer incentives like equity, revenue sharing, or investment opportunities if the publisher provides all the necessary information and identification proof.
5. Stories can’t involve prohibited items.
We do not allow any of these things.
These rules don’t cover every possible use of Business Observer24 , but they explain our purpose and perspective.
